I must say
Should one arrive
Full of zip
And quite alive
One has achieved
An age of gold
Make no mistake
One is not old
Sexy sixty
Is the time
With proper genes
You’re in your prime
You can pursue
And perhaps catch
Make well laid plans
You hope will hatch
But should you
Overreach a few
Here is a little help for you
Don’t give up
What ever you do
Just wink an eye
and flash a smile
You’ll have it made
By a country mile
