It’s hard to believe
On Christmas Eve
Around our Christmas tree
There won’t be
Very many –
Just Mom and Don and Me.
How I recall
When I was small
How many there would be.
The years have passed
So very fast
And now there’s just we three
Let me explain
I’ll not complain
there’s still Mom, Don & Me.
